Deutsche Tage - June 13 & 14, 2026

On a beautiful June weekend, the Germanic American Institute hosted Deutsche Tage (German Days) - on their spacious grounds on St. Paul's Summit avenue. The Bavarian Musikmeisters performed on both Saturday and Sunday, bringing their traditional Germanic musik to a large, appreciative audience. Food and beverages were abundant as usual, and this year a special treat was a viewing party of the FIFA World Cup soccer game on Sunday featuring Team Germany vs. Curacao. It was a great weekend! And yes, Team Germany won, 7-1.
